Domestic US Shipping:
All products are shipped out from one of the KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com shipping locations. KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com drop ships some products and ships direct others. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. KastlesKorner.com's & Scoobymods.com's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing KastlesKorner.com. KastlesKorner.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com site, nor does KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.
APO and FPO Shipments - KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com are pleased to offer service to customers with APO and FPO addresses on a case by case basis, dependent upon the item and availability. All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and must meet Postal Regulations for maximum weight, dimension, etc. Additional shipping costs for most items above shipping costs on the site can be assessed based on the item. All products are shipped at customer's risk, and KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com's responsibility for damage to products ceases when the products are delivered to the carrier, to customer or to customer's agent at KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com's facility, whichever occurs earlier.
Title to the products sold hereunder will be deemed to pass to customer upon delivery. Customer agrees, however, that KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com retains a purchase money security interest in all products sold by KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com to customer, and to all KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com products now or hereafter acquired by customer and to any proceeds thereof, until the purchase price have been paid in full. Customer agrees to execute any financing statements or other documents as KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com may request in order to protect KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com's security interest.
Upon any default by customer hereunder, KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com shall have all rights and remedies of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code, which rights and remedies shall be cumulative and not exclusive. In the event of customer's default in payment for the products, customer shall be responsible for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com in collection of any sums owing by customer. Such reasonable costs and expenses shall include, but not be limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, collection fees and court costs.
KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of orders or contracts, or in the delivery or shipments of products, or for any damages suffered by customer by reason of such failure or delay, when such failure is, directly or indirectly caused by, or in any manner arises from fires, floods, accidents, riots, acts of God, war, governmental interference or embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, shortage of labor, fuel, power, materials, supplies or transportation, delays in deliveries by KastlesKorner.com & Scoobymods.com 's suppliers or any other cause or causes (whether or not similar in nature to any of those herein before specified) beyond its control.

We will email you a copy of your quotation within 24 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We will only accept credit card orders from cards issued by US Banks. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.
Shipping Rates:
The Fedex Rates shown at time of checkout our dimensional rate from Fedex. If your shipment weight is to much then contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders(Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.
Shipping quotes are based on Business days, and as such, we do not offer Saturday delivery unless prior arrangements are made.
