Address Book :
Want to change the shipping address before an order is placed? It's easy to do. Visit [your address book] and click on the "Add Address" button. Follow the onscreen instructions to add a new shipping address. Once you have finished, this address can be used in any order.
Next time you place a order, you can change the shipping address in the "Delivery Information" screen by clicking on the "Change Address" button. This will list all your availible shipping addresses allowing you to select the one you want.
Please also note that any changes you make will apply only to orders that you place in the future. If you want to change the shipping address for an order you've already placed, [contact us].
Order History :
Interested in finding out the latest information on your Order? Not a problem. Visit [your account history] located in [my account]. Click on "View Order" to get all the information for your order.
Looking for your tracking number? There is a section called "Order Tracking" that will appear when a tracking # has been entered in for your order. The tracking number is linked to the appropriate shipping companies tracking page, giving you instantanous results.
Product Notification :
The product notification list allows you to stay up to date on the products we have available, which gives you the chance to take advantage of our products on special. Visit [your product notifications] located in [my account]. |
